Due to the nature of our products (honey and consumable health supplements), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Product Expiry: If the item you received is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months shelf life).
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Change of mind after order is shipped
- Items returned more than 7 days after receipt

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer store credits or product replacement based on your preference.

- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns of opened or consumed products.
