🔁 Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (honey and consumable health supplements), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:


✅ Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, leaked, or defective.
     
  • Wrong Item Received: If the product delivered is not what you ordered.
     
  • Product Expiry: If the item you received is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months shelf life).
     

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
     
  • Change of mind after order is shipped
     
  • Items returned more than 7 days after receipt
     

📦 How to Request a Return


  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days

    • Order number
       
    • Photo of the item and packaging
       
    • Description of the issue
       

  1. Return Authorization
    Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
     
  2. Return Shipping
    We will bear the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
     

💰 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
     
  • In some cases, we may offer store credits or product replacement based on your preference.
     

📌 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
     
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns of opened or consumed products.
